The problem

Your team already plugs AI into your business. With your passwords.

People connect ChatGPT to the shop, the inbox and the books on their own. They use personal accounts and shared logins. Homla gives them a proper way in. You stay in control without being technical.

Today · without a shared setup

Shared logins and secret AI accounts

  • Personal AI accounts you never signed off on

New ones show up every month. You find out last.

  • Passwords handed around

Someone pastes the store login into a chat so the AI can “help”.

  • An AI that reaches more than the person using it

Anyone who can talk to the bot reaches everything the bot can reach.

  • Nobody knows who can reach what

Ask who can open your customer data today. Nobody can tell you.

  • Set up on one laptop, so most of the team gives up

One confusing error and people quietly go back to Excel.

With Homla · one workspace for the team

The right access for every person

  • The AI your people already use

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and more. Each person signs in as themselves.

  • Tools connected once, passwords never shared

Logins are stored encrypted and never shown again. Share an account look-only, or for chosen tools.

  • Each person gets only their access

You decide, tool by tool, what each person's AI can open or change.

  • Every change waits for a yes

Changes are shown first. They run only once someone confirms.

  • Set up once, by you

Everyone else connects from a page in their browser.

If you can't open it, your AI can't either.
That is the rule Homla is built on.It holds in every tool and every AI app.
How it works

Set it up once. Everyone keeps the AI they already use.

You do the first two steps, once. Then each person signs in from their own browser.

  1. 1Connect your tools

    Connect each tool once

Sign in to each tool, or paste a key with the guide. Each action is marked look, change or delete.

    You, once
  2. 2Decide who gets what

    Give each role its tools

Make roles like Support or Finance. Per tool, pick no access, look only, everything or a list.

    You, once
  3. 3Everyone connects their AI

    Each person signs in

Each person opens the page for their AI app and signs in. No passwords to share.

    Each person, in the browser
Access per person

Each person gets only their access.

Set it tool by tool. Change it any time. It works in every AI app at once.

  • Per tool, per role. No access, look only, everything, or pick tools one by one.
  • Their own login, or a shared one. Each person can act as themselves. Or share one account, limited to looking or to chosen tools.
  • Freelancers with an end date. Bring in a freelancer or a client with only what they need. Removing them works within 30 seconds.
  • Less access in one app. A person can give one app less, like look only in ChatGPT.

Support can look up orders. Only finance can touch the books.

Approvals and agent runs

Nothing changes without a yes.

Your team's AI can look things up and write drafts on its own. Before it changes your data, it shows you the change and waits.

You see every change before it happens. You can edit it first.

Facts stay current

A new fact replaces the old one. People, clients and projects are linked for you.

Your rules come along

Write a business rule once. The AI gets it right before it acts.

Playbooks by role

Lock a folder to chosen roles. Every playbook keeps its history. Bring back any version.

Security

Rules that live outside the AI.

You can't make AI safe by asking it nicely. Homla checks each request against your rules first. Your passwords stay out of everyone's hands.

Each person gets only their access

Support sees orders. Finance sees the books. You set it tool by tool.

A yes before any change

Before the AI changes anything, it shows you the change and waits.

Freelancers with an end date

Give a freelancer access until the job ends. Remove them and it's gone within 30 seconds.

Passwords nobody sees

Logins are stored encrypted and never shown again. Settings need a two-step sign-in.

What is in place today

Only what Homla does now. No badges we haven't earned.

  • Every action marked: look, change or delete
  • Two-step sign-in for every settings change
  • Disconnect an account and everyone it was shared with loses it
  • Remove a freelancer and it takes effect within 30 seconds
  • Freelancers can't connect accounts, invite people or change roles
  • Tools you add yourself stay off until you check them
  • Team apps go live only after you approve what they can touch
  • An email sent to an agent is read as information, never as orders
  • Sign out of every device in one click
  • Every agent run is kept with its steps, on the agent's page

No SOC 2 or ISO badge here. We don't hold those certificates yet, so we list what we do. If a client asks for more, talk to us first.

FAQ

Questions

The ones owners ask before they bring the team in.

Start free
Will my team actually use it?

Yes, because nothing changes for them. They keep the AI they already use. It just knows your playbooks and clients now. They can ask for your refund reply by name.

How does it work?

Homla sits between your team's AI and your tools. When someone asks their AI for help, it uses your team's playbooks and saved facts. It reaches your tools with that person's access only.

Do we have to change AI?

No. Marketing can stay on ChatGPT. Developers can stay on Cursor or Claude Code. Everyone's AI uses the same playbooks and tools.

Is it hard to set up?

No developer needed. You connect each tool in the browser, with a guide for each step. Then each person opens a page for their AI app and signs in.

On every paid plan, our team sets it up with you.

What happens to our stuff if someone leaves?

It stays with the business. Playbooks and memory belong to the team, not to one person. Remove the person and their AI loses access. A freelancer loses it within 30 seconds.

Is our data safe?

Each person's AI gets only what you allow. Nothing changes without a yes. Logins are stored encrypted and never shown again. Memory only holds what your team chooses to save.

We don't hold SOC 2 or ISO certificates yet. The control page lists what is in place.

What does it cost for my team?

Free for one person. $79 a month for up to 10 people. $249 for 25, $499 for 50. Extra seats cost $5 to $8 a month.

Every plan gets the same features. Bigger plans add seats and more help from our team. Your Claude or ChatGPT plan stays as it is.

We have more than 50 people. What then?

Take Enterprise. You get the seat count you need and a contract that fits. Our team plans the rollout with you.

What if a tool we use isn't on the list?
