Draft for #5078

Hi Nina, a quick note on your order. The address seems to miss a flat number. Could you reply with it? We ship the same day.

3 heads-up emails waitingEditApprove 3

Every morning, the agent lists orders that should have shipped and have not. It drafts a short heads-up email for each customer. You approve them.

How we estimate the time saved: A daily 10 minute check of unshipped orders in Shopify, plus a few emails to write. Fewer "where is my order" emails is a bonus we do not count.

Who it is for

Stores that ship themselves or through a small warehouse. It helps most when stock runs out on a few sizes or colours.

The skill to save

Copy it into Skills, then New skill. Edit the parts in brackets.

Skill
Name: Late order check

Every morning:

1. In Shopify, list paid orders that are not fulfilled and older than [2] days.
2. For each, find the likely reason: an item out of stock, an address issue, a fraud check, or none.
3. Group orders that wait on the same item.
4. Write me a table in the run summary: order, paid date, days waiting, reason, and one suggested action.
5. For orders with a clear reason, draft a short heads-up to the customer. Say what happened and when it ships. Ask for what we need.
6. Never promise a date you cannot back up. Never offer a discount unless our rules in memory allow it.

What stays under your control

  • Customers hear from you only after your yes.
  • Your ship promise, your words. Both live in the skill. Edit them any time.
  • No changes in Shopify. The agent reads orders. It does not cancel or edit them.

Good to know

The "likely reason" is the agent's reading of the order: stock levels, notes and risk flags. When it cannot tell, it says so and asks you to check by hand.
