Why it can win

You already rank 11 on high demand. The top 3 pages answer "how is it decaffeinated" and "does it taste different". Your page answers neither.

Outline

  • H1: Decaf coffee beans, Swiss Water processed
  • How we decaffeinate, in 3 steps (no chemicals)
  • Does decaf taste different? A tasting note per bean
  • Caffeine per cup: decaf vs regular, table
  • FAQ: pregnancy, evening, espresso

Also rank for

swiss water decaf (pos. 14), decaf espresso beans (pos. 17), best decaf coffee uk (pos. 19)

The agent finds pages close to page one in Search Console. It reads the pages that beat them and writes a brief your writer can use today.

How we estimate the time saved: About 2.5 hours to find the query, check who ranks, read their pages and write a brief. Reviewing a draft brief takes about 30 minutes.

Who it is for

SEO and content agencies, and stores with an in-house writer. It picks topics from your own Search Console data. You work on pages close to winning.

Pull data automatically from Google Search Console and use an LLM (ChatGPT or Claude) to find keywords where I get a lot of impressions but not many clicks and rank low.

Skill
Name: SEO brief from Search Console

For each client, once a month:

1. In Search Console, find queries in striking distance: position 8 to 20, with the most impressions in the last 28 days.
2. Pick the top [3] that match the client's products in memory.
3. For each, read our ranking page and the top 3 pages that rank above it.
4. Write the brief: the query and its numbers, why it can win, what the top pages answer that we do not, an outline with H1 and H2s, related queries we also rank for, and internal links.
5. Follow the client's tone and rules from memory.
6. Never suggest copying a competitor's text. Never invent search volumes.

What stays under your control

  • Read only. It cannot change anything in Search Console.
  • Web reading is off by default. Only an admin can turn it on for this agent.
  • Writers get only what they need. Guests see the briefs, not your Google accounts.

Good to know

Search Console gives impressions, not search volume. The brief uses impressions and says so.

Need keyword volumes or backlink gaps? Add an SEO data tool as a custom connector.
